We’re an applied AI lab and consulting firm. We research what works, then build it with your team: the harnesses, models, and workflows that let you do more with AI, faster, cheaper, and safely.

Harnesses. The same model can succeed or fail depending on what surrounds it: the tools it can reach, the context it’s given, the checks it has to pass. We build custom harnesses around your code and processes, so agents do real work, not demos.

Models. Most work doesn’t need a frontier model. We fine-tune and distill models on your data and your tasks, so they run faster and cost less, on infrastructure you control.

Workflows. Most enterprise AI stops at the pilot. We design workflows with scoped access, audit trails, and a human in the loop where it matters, so AI takes on real work without adding new risk.
